Another project to add to my collection of Fallout related props, this power armor helmet is made to scale and able to be worn. The final plan is to make this a cosplay ready item with working lights and voice modulator.
Disclaimer, did not create the CAD for the main body of the helmet but created all of the detail parts.
After a couple of days of printing starting to glue together the parts, rough sanding and using body filler to fill in mismatched lines. Starting to sand and smooth out the layers for the next step of filler/primer spray paint. Lots of work to go on this project but excited on how it will turn out.
